Forged from an ancient wrought iron anchor chain, cladded with pure nickel shim and an 80crv2 core for wicked performance! This is in a kukuri/kopis hybrid shape with a filipino inspired handle.
Blade features a massive fuller, lightening it up quite a bit and a flat ground bevel. It’s an integral construction with a stacked leather and micarta handle.
You can see the veins of the rough running through the jaw jet steel and contrasted with the nickel shim all pulled together with a stonewash finish.
Handle is hooked and fits (in my hand. I wear an xl glove) awesome and won’t come flying out with that huge hook.
Included is a dangle style leather sheath with alligator skin inlays. Precision heat treated in an electric kiln for the best ability out of the steel.
