Blade shape is reminiscent of a long clip seax. It has a swedge on the spine and a hollow ground main blade. Guard is bronze, handle is some stabilized mountain ash. Really beautify chatoyant. Polished stainless pin to match the polish in the blade.
Included in the pictures is a picture of the top section of the handle where the handle and guard meet. You will see that I had to fill a portion of the handle with black epoxy. This leaves the blade absolutely functional. Probably stronger for it since the epoxy I use is such high strength but some would shy away from it for cosmetic reasons. I embrace it. The piece of wood had a bad section, be from bugs or a knot and I filled it with epoxy. I assure you it does not affect the function of the knife.
Included is a hand tooled leather sheath that is set up for right handed vertical carry.
As with all my knives I heat treated it in a precision electric kiln for the best ability out of the steel.
